This stone takes you deep into your centre and into completion. lt activates personal empowerment and the spiritual will. Ammonite converts negative energy into a gently flowing positive spiral. This stone is a powerful Karmic cleanser if placed on the third eye this stone releases your mental obsessions and past life imperatives.

Ammonite is particularly effective when placed on the third eye chakra. It represents coming full circle and knowing a place for the first time. Ammonite has the souls path encoded within it and it a useful support for rebirthing.


Psychologically ammonite stimulates your survival instincts and the knowledge that you will get there if you persevere. 

Physically ammonite is excellent for anything that needs structure and clarity, relieving birth trauma that interferes with the energy flow. This stone is ideal as an earth healing stone. 

How Different Shapes Can Influence Energy Flow

• Natural Point(s)⌇Best used when energy is meant to be concentrated and pointed in a specific direction. If a stone has more than one point, the energy will also tend to be directed in those multiple directions. Larger points make wonderful wands!

• Grounded Point/Obelisk⌇Stronger version of the (natural) pointed stone, as the bottom of an obilisk-shaped crystal is flat, and allowing for a more grounded directional energy. Because these are meant to be placed standing and pointing upwards, they are best used when energy is needed to be pointed up from a flat surface.

• Double-Terminated⌇Think of these cuts as having two poles, like the earth, moving energy in a elongated sphere around the crystal. Energy is taken in by each point and added to the ‘bubble’ of energy the crystal can work with.

• Tumbled⌇Crystals and stones that have been tumbled (yet not quite into a perfect sphere) will have energy that softly emits in all directions, sometimes directionally varied if the stone is a little more abstractly shaped.

• Natural/Raw⌇Energy flow with naturally shaped and formed stones, while being stronger than man-made stones, tends to be more sporadic than smoother or more even stones (unless, of course, the stone forms naturally with a smooth texture). Energy flow depends on the shape and texture of each mineral - Rough, cubed, pointed, etc.

• Faceted/Multiple-Faced⌇Energy in and around faceted gemstones, such as those commonly used in jewelry, will be given off similarly to how a mirror or glass pane reflects/directs light; In this example, think of each face of the stone as glass, and energy as the light. This method of energy flow also applies to multiple-faced, non-pointed stones, such as some varieties of raw minerals that grow with cubed or edged faces.

• Spherical⌇Crystal balls and spheres will give off energy in an evenly distributed way, as you expect a perfect sphere would. Besides metaphysical healing purposes, these are also made to give a person something do fiddle with in their hands to take the mind off worry.

Cinnamon Clay

This is a non-edible recipe for making a yummy-scented dough with which you can create charms, ornaments, and small altar pieces.

Preparation Time:

Ingredients:

1 cup Applesauce
1/3 cup White Glue
Any combination of ground Cloves, ground Nutmeg, ground allspice, and/or ground ginger to equal 1 cup
1/2 cup of ground cinnamon
More Cinnamon

Directions:

In a medium bowl, stir together cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, allspice and ginger. Mix in the applesauce and glue. Work the mixture with hands for 2-3 minutes to form a firm ball. If it’s too wet, add more cinnamon, if it’s too dry, add more applesauce.

Lightly dust a surface with cinnamon. Roll the dough ¼ inch thick if cutting shapes. Or mold with hands. If you want to make a larger piece, use aluminum foil to make the general shape then put the clay over it. Large, solid pieces made with this clay tend to crack and crumble.

Dry in the oven at 200 degrees for several hours or air dry in a sunny spot for a week.

DIY Scrying ORB

Fire scrying is a very common method and requires only a flame of some sort. It's also one of the easiest methods as the flickering fire has a hypnotic effect. You can gaze into any fire -- your lit fireplace, a bonfire, campfire, candle flame, or even a lighter.

Here's a fire scrying chant

Blazing fire as you dance,
Give me now the secret glance.
Call upon my second sight;
Make me psychic with your light.
Blazing fire shining bright,
Give me now the second sight.

Repeat until your eyelids grow heavy. Divine the future within the fire's restless flames.

Is it Bath Time?

Three new bath salts! Put about ¼ cup into a warm bath to help manifest energy and positive thinking. Enjoy for relaxation, purification, and meditation. 

Stress Relief
~ 1 cup epsom salt
~ 1 cup sea salt
~ 10 drops lavender essential oil
~ 1 tbls dried lavender
~ 1 tbls chamomile flowers

Cleansing and Purification
~ 1 cup epsom salt
~ 2/3 cup sea salt
~ 3 ground bay leaves
~ 3 drops lemon oil or extract
~ (optional) 2 drops salt water

Ritual Amplification ~ 1 cup epsom salt
~ ¼ cup sea salt
~ 10 drops pomegranate oil
~ 1 tbls rosemary

DIY Galaxy Mason Jar

What you need:

8oz quilted crystal mason jar 
Decoupage glue 
Gel food coloring 
Assorted glitter
Stirring sticks
Disposable plastic cup
Battery-operated tea lights

Instructions:

1. In a small container, mix 2 tablespoons of decoupage, food coloring to desired shade, 2-3 drops of water, and glitter. Create 3 to 4 different colors.
2. Carefully spot coat the inside of the mason jar with decoupage mixture. Evenly distribute the colors throughout your jar. Slowly rotate the jar to ensure the entire surface is covered.
3. Cross two stirring sticks over a plastic cup. Balance the jar upside down over the sticks to let the excess decoupage drip out. Let sit for 5 minutes.
4. In a 170ºF/340º oven, bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the decoupage is clear. Wait for the glass to cool before removing. 
5. Use a battery-operated tea light to give a glow to your galaxy mason jar.

How to make a scrying Mirror

Materials:

• A picture frame ($1-$10)
• Black acrylic paint ($1)
• A paint brush/sponge ($1)
• Newspaper (free)

Step one:

• Take the frame apart and paint one side of the glass with the black paint, making long even strokes
• Wait for the paint to dry completely (or if you are impatient like me blow dry it)
• Paint a second coat….wait for it to dry
• After the second coat is dry hold it up to a light source and if any light comes through
• If any light comes through add another coat
• repeat until no light shows through

Step two:

• Flip the glass over to see if any paint go on the reflective side, if so gently scrape it off 
• Take some glass cleaner or a natural alternative and clean the fingerprints off of the glass

Step three:

• Carefully resemble the frame, being wary of the paint on the back

Enjoy! In total this DIY took me 25-30 minutes (mostly due to drying time)

Performing Distance Healing

Pour Charged/ Holy Water into a glass cup and add Himalayan sea salt

I will use a proxy Item to represent you.

I use a pendulum to check the flow of your chakras on the proxy.
Pull a tarot card.

I will then use a pendulum to choose the crystals that will be used for the healing session.

I will then place the crystals on the corresponding Chakras.

I use selenite to cleanse the aura.
I then use reiki healing to focus on each chakra area. Using selenite and or clear quartz for areas that need additional attention.
I meditate and breath out the negativity.

I will then recheck your chakras using the pendulum to insure the chakras are now open and flowing smoothly

I then will choose specific advice/ crystals / affirmations according to what I intuitively feel will assist you with your continued spiritual health.
